Building Use
All VES or Kane School District activities such as Back-to-School Night, assemblies, and other school related activities will get first priority of the VES Building. This does not include recreational activities or groups involving VES students, as they are not school sponsored activities.
Building use is a privilege. It is up to the coach/applicant using the building to maintain cleanliness and ensure proper safety of participants. Lights should be turned off, doors should be locked, areas should be cleaned, including sweeping the floor and light cleaning the bathrooms (picking up paper towels/toilet paper off the floor).
All building use must be approved by the school principal.
